Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures for all services provided by Ardelis Technologies.
1. Software Development Projects
1.1 Cancellation
- Projects can be cancelled with 7 days written notice
- Work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid in full
- Cancellation after project commencement may incur additional charges
1.2 Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable unless we fail to commence work within agreed timelines
- Refunds for incomplete work will be calculated pro-rata based on milestones completed
- No refunds for delivered and accepted work
2. SaaS Products and Subscriptions
2.1 Cancellation
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle
- Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
2.2 Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rata refund for unused months (minimum 3 months charged)
- 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
3. Educational Services
3.1 Cancellation
- Courses can be cancelled up to 7 days before start date for full refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of start: 50% refund
- No refund after course commencement
3.2 Refunds
- Full refund if we cancel the course
- Partial refunds may be considered for documented emergencies
- Digital course materials are non-refundable once accessed
4. Consulting Services
4.1 Cancellation
- Hourly consulting: 24-hour cancellation notice required
- Retainer agreements: As per individual contract terms
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full
4.2 Refunds
- Unused prepaid consulting hours refundable within 90 days
- No refunds for completed consulting sessions
5. Refund Process
- Submit refund request to admin@ardelistech.com
- Include order/invoice number and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
- Approved refunds processed within 14 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Abuse of refund policy
- Force majeure events
